At the 2025 Arkansas PTA Convention, there will be a special award given to units and councils represented at the convention that have completed their compliance documentation in Givebacks.
Local units will receive a check from Arkansas PTA based upon the number of memberships reported and submitted through Givebacks for the 2024-25 membership year by March 15. Check amount will be equal to $1.00 for each membership remitted.
To qualify, a unit must:
- Remit all dues for the 2024-25 membership year through Givebacks by March15. If there are unpaid dues for prior membership years, those must also be remitted, but will not count towards the cash back total.
- Upload 990, Audit, and Insurance to Givebacks that are accepted by ARPTA. Rejected submissions must be corrected to qualify.
- All officers must be members of your PTA and documented in Givebacks by April 1.
- Bylaws must be current OR submitted for approval with Arkansas PTA by April 1.
Councils will receive $5.00 for every unit that is in Good Standing and that has paid their Council Dues. They will receive another $5.00 for every unit that is qualified for the Good Standing Award and present at convention.
Two officers MUST BE PRESENT to receive your check. Units and councils qualifying will also receive half off of their registration costs for all delegates and attendees. Attendees may only represent one unit, and that will be determined by the unit they are registered under.

- Donations to the Arkansas PTA Scholarship program may be made on the Scholarship page. This fund is used to provide up to 4 scholarships annually for students in the field of education.

The business meeting of the 98th Arkansas PTA Convention (State Convention) is scheduled for April 26, 2025 in Little Rock, Arkansas.
It will be held at Greater Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church, located at 400 East 24th Street, Little Rock, AR 72206. The doors will open for registration at 8:30, and the event will be from 9:00 - 2:00. The State Convention is the official meeting of the delegate body of the Arkansas PTA.
